A new design project by Patrick Norguet for Kristalia

Compas 1 A new design project by Patrick Norguet for Kristalia

Kristalia goes to the theatre with Christophe Pillet

b1 Kristalia goes to the theatre with Christophe Pillet

The TNP occasional table, designed by Christophe Pillet to furnish the Théâtre National Populaire, one of the most prestigious French cultural institutions, is a new and important protagonist for furnishing homes and community areas, both indoors and outdoors. Its cast iron base, personalised with the theatre’s logo, supports a square or rectangular top in bent sheet metal. The entire table has a powder-coated lacquer finish in three colours: white, black or the same shade of red used in the Parisian theatre.
Founded in Paris in 1920 by Firmin Gemier, the Théâtre National Populaire will re-open on 11 November, after restoration work has been completed, at Villeurbanne near Lyon.

Kristalia returns to NOW!Design à Vivre in great style

blog 1 Kristalia returns to NOW!Design à Vivre in great style

For the third time, the Kristalia team successfully took part in the regular event for international design in Paris.
Now!Design a Vivre, acknowledged internationally as a point of reference for contemporary decor and design, was chosen by Kristalia to present its new BCN Wood chairs, by Harry&Camila, to the general public, as well as Elephant Wood, by Neuland Industriedesign, which combines the warm appeal of wood with the comfort and attractive curves of these chairs.
Striking contemporary shapes are introduced with two design projects by Christophe Pillet for Kristalia: the Pulp cantilever chair and the Neat table.
In addition to these new products, the Kristalia stand hosted a large number of its most recent and already well-known creations, including the Rest outdoor collection by Harry&Camila, the Joko chair by Bartoli Design and the Rotor occasional table by Luciano Bertoncini.
Hence, the 2011 edition of “Now!Design à Vivre” offered new features and interesting ideas for fresh solutions in the future.

Sushi 12 outdoor: minimalist freshness

Sushi12 31 Sushi 12 outdoor: minimalist freshness

The Sushi extendible table, in all its different versions, is one of the most successful Kristalia products. It also sums up the philosophy of Studio Bartoli Design, a protagonist of Italian contemporary design: simplicity that is not at all ordinary and the ability to overcome important technical challenges for simple aspects of daily life.
Each detail of the Sushi 12 Outdoor is based on that vision, in order to grant more comfort and harmony to the time spent outdoor.
Indeed, the terrace and the garden are increasingly used as an extension of the interior spaces of the home, in harmony with a furnishing style and lifestyle that includes both contemporary design and the desire to be close to nature. read more
